A spacious home on 3 floors decorated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The ground floor has a large open plan kitchen and family room, leading to a dining room in the conservatory. There is a cosy snug, off which steps lead down to the children's play cave. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms and the ensuite shower room and the family bathroom with bath and shower. The top floor has 2 further bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have beds which can be split into twins
There are gardens to the front and side of the property as well as a terrace with outside furniture. The car park is to the rear
We have been hosting for 17 years next door at Bagshaw Hall and Lodge
Rock Terrace is located just a short walk up from Bakewell town centre, within easy reach of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and even a brewery 10 minutes walk away. There are magnificent views from all areas of the property across the market town to the hills on the other side of the valley. From the town there is easy access to the Monsal Trail with bike hire. There are pony trekking trails and walks all around the area. 5 minutes drive away are Haddon Hall and Chatsworth House,, and Buxton and Matlock are 15 minutes drive
