A beautiful renovated sea-facing home on the cliff top of Herne Bay. Enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea and relax with a drink in the evening on the balcony watching the spectacular sunsets. The house is set out over two floors. We have a front porch that has lots of room for coats and shoes. Front lounge which is cosy and warm in the winter but cool in the summer. There is a large wet room and toilet comprising of large walk in shower, sink and WC. Large open plan kitchen, dining and snug area. The kitchen has a large island with breakfast bar and 3 stools. The utility room is off of the kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer. Upstairs The Master Bedroom which has a comfortable super king brass bed, Juliette balcony with uninterrupted views of the sea. The Ensuite Guest bedroom and roof terrace has a comfortable king size bed. The front sea facing double sofa bedroom with balcony There is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. The upstairs Family bathroom has a free standing roll top bath, and a large walk in rain shower. Parking There is off road parking for 2 cars.
We are available through whats app or text messaging or phone if you have any problems.
Our house is on the seafront and 800metre walk into the town and all amenities including shops and cafes, restaurants and pubs. The famous town of Whitstable is 4 miles away and the historic town of Canterbury is 8miles away and Sandwich home to ‘the golf open’ is 16 miles away. The sandy beaches of Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs are a short car ride away and London is easily accessible by the high speed link a 1hr 20 min journey away. The Royal St George’s golf course home to the 2021 ‘open’ is 25 minutes away, easily accessible via the A299. There is off road parking on the property. Easy transport Links:- Bus stop 200 m from the house with frequent buses into Herne Bay, Whitstable and Canterbury.Train station in the town (5 minutes by car) with regular trains to other coastal areas eg. Margate, Ramsgate, Sandwich and Broadstairs as well as Whitstable, Faversham and London Main arterial roads easily accessible, A299 Thanet Way, M2, M20 providing easy access to explore the county of Kent.
