Welcome to our tastefully decorated, light-filled, and conveniently located two-bedroom home with front and rear gardens. Our house is conveniently located close to the town in a peaceful, hidden street with on street parking. We are only a 15 minute stroll from the Pier and Beach, and Waitrose and Lidl are round the corner. There are also excellent bars and restaurants on the doorstep; perfect whether you're working away, visiting friends, or simply taking a break. You enter the property through a sunny front garden that leads to a spacious, open-concept living and dining area. Access to a beautiful back garden with plenty of seating is available from the well-equipped kitchen. An excellent spot to relax in the evenings. Upstairs is a family bathroom and two spacious double bedrooms.  On street parking with restrictions or a selection of NCP. the road is not suitable for van.
Living by the sea and so close to the national park South Downs if perfect for me, I love to walk and swim but also enjoy the busy hustle of the town with the coffee shops and restaurants
Providence Terrace is very quiet for such a central location. This is an extremely friendly and peaceful street. Only 10min walk from the city centre, beach, train station and a fabulous bus link alone the coast to Brighton or Littlehampton. An abundant of local restaurants, cafes and bars all within walking distance. on the corner you have a choice of 2 busy pubs and a popular real pub as you start to walk towards the hospital. With Waitrose and Lidl only across the road. Worthing town centre host all the things you would expect, a beautifully restored Dome Cinema near the end of the Victorian Pier, a very modern Splash Point sports centre and pool, a good number of theatres and museums. Further a field we have Saturday Market in Shoreham-by-Sea, farmers market every 2nd, Artisan every 4th The famous Goodwood near Chichester, Direct trains to London and Gatwick Glynbourne Opera House a train ride away. Arundel Castle and River Arun. Worthing traditional market is on Wednesday.
