Parking is free and limited to one car per room.
Children can only be accommodated in the One-Bedroom House, the King Room and the Twin Room. The children must be over the age of 10 years old for the King Room and Twin Room.
This accommodation no longer does breakfast. We offer a room only basis and the rooms are not serviced during your stay. All rooms have small fridges. Harry's self catering cottage, next door to Spire Cottage, has a fully equipped kitchen and its own private garden. Harry's is suitable for guests with dogs.
We are only 6 miles from Goodwood and three and a half miles from Dell Quay (part of Chichester Harbour) and six miles from the Witterings. We are two miles south of Chichester.
