We have the World Travel & Tourism Council’s Safe Travels and Visit England’s Good to Go certifications, follow UK Hospitality approved guidelines and implement the Professional Association of Self Caterers cleaning standards so you can be assured we are doing everything to help you have a responsible and safe stay. We have a range of stylish and newly refurbished self catering lets. Choose from luxury smaller cottages through to large group accommodation with ensuites that can sleep up to 30 and have great spaces for socialising. If you don’t fancy cooking, we can arrange for a chef to prepare tasty meals. Blackadon Farm has perfect holiday lets whether you’re looking for a romantic hideaway or want to get away from it all with family or friends. Well behaved four legged friends are welcome. Groups can reserve the whole place for weddings, celebrations, family gatherings, team offsites, retreats and sporting trips.

Soak in the stunning scenery and spot wildlife from the grounds, unwind with a book in the courtyard or snuggle up on the sofa whilst listening to your favourite music. If you’d like to experience the best of the West country, we work with a number of local businesses to provide you with access to a number of activities. These include a gin making experience, exclusive walks with alpacas followed by an afternoon tea and rum tasting in your cottage. You can mingle with our own miniature donkeys. We're located on Dartmoor National Park, yet only two miles off the A38 - you can walk out from your cottage, straight onto Dartmoor. Some of the UK's most spectacular beaches and coastline are just a few miles away. We're only 15 minutes from Plymouth which has a number of nautical related tourist attractions, a theatre with West End shows and plenty of shopping. If you're a culture vulture, there are a number of National Trust properties in close proximity as is the famous Buckfast Abbey.
