This beautiful and spacious cottage with  luxury hot tub (optional hire) is located in a wonderful rural spot in Lanhydrock and is tucked away on a former farm formerly belonging to the Lanhydrock Estate, with Lanhydrock House and Gardens (National Trust) being only minutes walk away. The lovely living areas & excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family getaway or with friends. Ideal for special occasions/celebrations, this individually styled boutique cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home. As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, kettle, coffee-maker, toaster, dishwasher and a microwave. The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers Smart TV ‘s in all rooms plus internet access. There are 4 bedrooms comprising 2x King, 1 double and 1 twin.There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath & overhead electric shower; the other with a standalone shower. Linen and a bath towel each plus hand towel in each bathroom are included. Outside, there is a generous garden with spacious patio with comfortable lounge sofas & dining table plus a separate area with summer house & hot tub. The summer house is great to relax in with a book, cup of tea or even something stronger! The hot tub is a large & luxury model so ideal for guests wishing to relax and chat in the comfort of the bubbles and maybe a glass of champagne. We provide plastic (crystal style) glasses & outdoor crockery to make this a safe and enjoyable experience. We allow 3 dogs in the property -20 each .  Check-in time - 5 pm (earlier if we can) Check-out 10am. Smoking not allowed.
