The Farmhouse offers 6 x generous and luxurious double bedrooms, with a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining room to comfortably host 12, and a modern lounge with plenty of sitting arrangement. It is the perfect retreat for groups up to 12 people. Extra pull out beds can also be supplied for young children. The Farmhouse is within driving distance of Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Hastings. Whether you aim for a relaxing day at the beach, a round of golf in one of our local golf clubs, or a day of shopping in the city, your break will be filled with endless opportunities to explore the beautiful South East of England. We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The modern kitchen is equipped with an island, a large fridge, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, freezer, microwave, and a breakfast table. The house is a perfect place for gatherings, with a large sitting room and separate dining room. Situated in 70 acres of private land, our guests are welcome to enjoy some woodland walks by our lakes, and meet our horses, rheas and alpacas!
