Upon confirming your booking you will receive an email with our online check-in requirements, you must complete your online check in (ID upload and security deposit payment £150), we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you fail to complete the check in within 72 hours of arrival.

If you have booked a prepaid and non refundable rate, the same card used for the payment must be presented for the pre-authorisation on arrival.
