This brand-new apartment is set within a stunning Grade II listed building — the former Barclays Bank — blending historic charm with modern comfort. A 2-minute walk from West Kirby train station and only 5 minutes from the beach and the beautiful Marine Lake. The local area is full of life, with plenty of bars, cafés, and restaurants within half a mile. And for golf lovers, the world-famous Royal Liverpool Golf Club is just a mile away. Each bedroom has super king beds which can be split into 2 x single beds upon request, allowing up to 4 guests.
