Treliggon Farm has just recently been released to the holiday market having being completely renovated to provide comfortable and stylish accommodation for up to 6 persons. We are set in a rural position in the outskirts of the village of Lanivet. The Cottage has its own entrance, patio and garden. There is also a separate Games Room with Pool table, Table football, and Darts board which will provide hours of fun for all the family. The Kitchen is very well equipped and there is seating for 8 persons and has dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler, microwave, oven and hob and large fridge freezer. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and a downstairs cloakroom. There are x3 bedrooms all equipped with televisions. Two bedrooms have King Size beds, with the Master bedroom fitted with an en-suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has the flexibility of a King size bed OR twin beds. The main bathroom has both and walk-in shower and bath fitted. The front patio has sunshine throughout the day and we have all the necessary equipment for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

We are very friendly and welcoming and have lots of local knowledge on places to visit and eat out which are included in our guide book. We are in the main house next door to The Cottage, should you require support, help or advice, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We (Hattie & Ollie) will be delighted to welcome you to The Cottage, Treliggon Farm, which dates back to 1700. We are set in a secluded rural location just outside the famous village of Lanivet which is the actual centre of Cornwall. The location is quiet and peaceful and offers a sense freedom. We are fortunate to be of walking distance from the village amenities which include a great pub serving home cooked meals, chip shop, local shop and historic church. We are 10 min drive from Lanhydrock and we are 20 min from lovely beaches on the South Coast which offer all water sports including paddle boarding and kayaking. The picturesque harbour of Charlestown (Poldark) is 20 min drive as is the pretty and bustling town of Fowey. Bodmin moor is 15 min and is ideal for walking and exploring. The Saints way (pilgrimage route from Padstow to Fowey) can be accessed from the Village. Access to the Camel trail is a 10 min bike ride from the Cottage. The Eden Project is a 10 min drive away. The position of Lanivet is ideally positioned to explore the whole of Cornwall (North and South) and is therefore ideal location whether you want to stay or explore the County
