The apartment is situated on our small equine farm, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, it is truly an idyllic setting. The Loft space is accessed up a set of stone steps, with a balcony facing east, you can sit and watch the sunrise with your morning coffee. To the rear of the property is its own private terraced garden, with an amazing OUTDOOR JAPANESE WHIRLPOOL BATH. The garden is completely private and not overlooked by anyone. Our day starts at around 9am to 5pm, you will hear and see the horses in between those times. This is a beautiful romantic, peaceful get away for adults. Babies are welcome and we can supply a travel cot at no extra charge, however we do not cater for toddling infants or small children. We do not advertise as pet friendly, however we would consider non shedding small neutered dogs by arrangement, please send a message to enquire before booking. There is everything you need to make your stay the best experience we can offer, luxury top end furnishings and fittings, hi spec kitchen, cooking equipment and crockery. Fabulous king size bed with luxury bedding and thick luxury bath sheets in our beautiful bathroom. If you are looking for luxury in the countryside in a peaceful setting, then look no further. The Loft offers spectacular views, and walks straight from the door, onto the white peak trail, the market towns of Bakewell, Wirksworth, Ashbourne all within fifteen minutes drive away and, Haddon Hall, Chatsworth House and Castleton are within a similar time frame. Hi, my name is Karen, I am married to Colin and we live on site in the farmhouse on our farm in Derbyshire countryside. I am always available should you need me, my personal numbers will be made available to you. We leave guests to have the privacy they require, but we are always happy to chat with you as we go about our daily work here on our equine farm. I will personally send messages to you with all the information you need for your stay here with us. Our aim is to make your stay here the best it could possibly be.

We are based just outside Bakewell, home of the famous Bakewell Pudding, we are a very short car ride from Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Carsington Reservoir which is a must for those who enjoy water-sports, to name but a few of the delightful places to visit. Fabulous walks straight from the door onto the limestone way at Robin Hoods Stride and take in the breath taking countryside. Cycling is very popular, be it road bike or mountain biking. We can provide a safe store for bikes and water hose to wash off. There is a bus stop a good twenty minute walk away, but please note it is not ideal to stay with us unless you have transport. Our bus service is quite good, but it is not on the doorstep
