The Cromwell Arms is a 17th century oak-beamed coaching inn situated in Bovey Tracey. On the edge of Dartmoor National Park, 6.4 km from Haytor Rocks, it is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Free WiFi and free private parking are available. Guests can enjoy fresh home-cooked food, a selection of daily specials and a wide range of cask ales and wines. There are 14 rooms at the Cromwell, all traditionally furnished, with en-suite facilities, a flat-screen TV and a refreshments tray. Haytor is less than 10 minutes drive, while Newton Abbot can be reached in 15 minutes. The seaside is less than 30 minutes away by car. The area is popular for hiking and cycling. There is bicycle storage at the property.

Pets can only be accommodated in the Large Double Room, by prior request only. There is an additional charge of GBP 15 per dog, per night.
Please note that the accommodation has a minimum two night stay on weekends.
The inn is closed on Christmas Day but you are still welcome to book a stay with us. We provide a continental breakfast the evening before for Christmas morning.
