We have recently moved from South Wales to take over The Kenmore Guest House. We both love Llandudno and relish the task of improving the facilities and decoration of the guest house along with providing excellent customer service. We aim to provide an affordable, accessible, clean and comfortable place to stay with helpful owner giving superior customer service. To build a reputation for memorable vacations, getaways and business accommodation through understated design, hospitality and attention to important details. To provide a home from home experience for our guests which encourages rest and recharge. To host others as we ourselves wish to be hosted and strengthen our future through repeat and referral guests. To maintain our property with high standards of cleanliness and comfort and become the first choice in accommodation for discerning travelers to the coastal resort of Llandudno.

We have recently taken over The Kenmore Guest House and will be working our way through a program of refurbishment during the closed season. We have already made some improvements based on previous guest comments made during the previous ownership. The Kenmore Guest House is located in the heart of Llandudno with the main promenade and north beach only 10 minutes walk away and the railway station is only 5 minutes walk away. The West beach is about 15 minutes walk away and is popular with dog walkers. The guest house is situated in a quiet are of Llandudno with all amenities nearby. There are gardens at the front and side of the property which is screened by trees and shrubs. There is also a guest lounge. Please note breakfast is served between 8:30am and 9:00am.

The Kenmore Guest House is located in a quiet, residential area, just a few minutes walk from the town centre and promenade and also a few minutes walk from the dog friendly west shore beach. There is a recreation field only 200 yards away where dogs can be walked in the mornings before breakfast.
