These stylish apartments are located on Micklegate and Tanner Row in York. Arranged around a traditional courtyard, they offer contemporary accommodation with free WiFi, 5 minutes’ walk from York Train Station. The Lawrance Luxury Serviced Apartments are air conditioned and all come with a cosy lounge area with a sofa and HDTV. The modern kitchens include a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There are various bars, restaurants and shops within a 5 minutes’ walk from the property and the historic centre is just a 10 minutes’ walk away across the River Ouse. The 5-star sister Tanner Row property features individually air-conditioned apartments with glass fixtures and fittings, and luxurious linens. The Lawrance apartments are within a 10 minutes’ walk of York Minster, York Theatre and York Art Gallery, while York Castle is less than half a mile away. Micklegate Bar, a historic 12th century gateway to the city, is 3 minutes’ walk away.

Children and dogs are only allowed in some apartments and there is a charge in place for dogs. Please check the apartments' descriptions to confirm if that apartment allows/does not allow children and small dogs When booking a 1-bedroom deluxe apartment or suite, guests will be located to our property on Tanner Row. When booking a Studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom apartment, guests will be located at our 4-star property on Micklegate.
For bookings made with Free Cancellation, we require a 20% deposit upfront to secure the reservation and the final balance is due 1 month prior to the stay. If the booking is within the month we require the full payment for the stay upfront. This is fully refundable up until 21 days prior to the stay. If you were to cancel the reservation between 20-9 days you will be liable for 50% of the deposit and if you were to cancel the stay any time after this you will be liable for 100% of the deposit. For Advance Purchase Rate bookings, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Payment will be taken using the card you provided on Booking.com. If payment is unsuccessful on booking, you will be notified and will have 24 hours to provide updated card details. If the details are not provided within this time, we will cancel the booking.
Reception hours are from 10:30 until 19:00 from Monday to Sunday. Please kindly note that reception times may vary.
As per our terms and conditions for all group bookings we require a security/damage deposit of £100.00 per apartment. This is payable one month prior to your arrival date. The security/damage deposit is refundable after departure once the apartments have been checked by our housekeeping team.
Any and all damage caused to the property and apartments during your stay will incur a charge that covers the cost of repairs or deep cleaning. Management reserves the right to recover this debt by any means necessary and this may involve pursuance through courts. Further information can be found on the property Terms & Conditions and damage policy.
To view our full Terms & Conditions, please go to: https://www.thelawrance.com/terms-conditions/ The property will send you an email one day before your arrival with all the information you will need if you arrive outside the reception hours. This email will include the security codes to enter through the gates and also to your key box, unique to your allocated apartment. If you are unable to access this information the day before your arrival, please let the property know as a matter of urgency.
