Menagwins Court is a modern development of two bedroomed cottages set within a courtyard layout built to take advantage of the fantastic views, over rolling countryside to the sea. Located in the small village of Gorran, just 1 mile from the sea and 10 miles from St Austell. The cottage is furnished to a high standard and has under floor heating and double glazing throughout. On the ground floor the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine/tumble drier and a furnished dining area. There is a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. An ironing board and iron are also provided. The fully furnished lounge has a Smart television (with Netflix/Prime Video etc), DVD player with a selection of DVDs and a digital radio with Bluetooth. There is also a selection of board games and books. From the lounge French doors lead onto the patio area with garden furniture and the communal courtyard with distant sea views across fields. On the first floor the cottage has one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom is furnished and includes a radio alarm clock and hairdryer. A bed settee in the lounge accommodates 5th person. All pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are provided, (linen will be provided for the bed settee if booking is made for 5 people but can also be provided by request for bookings of 4 people or less) . The bathroom is finished to a high standard with toilet, bath, separate shower and wash basin. A car is recommended to stay at the cottage - there is a local bus service but this only runs 3 times a day to Gorran Haven in one directions and to Heligan Gardens, Mevagissey and St Austell in the other. Please note there are NO facilities for the charging of electric vehicles and is is not permitted to charge electric vehicles from the power supply in the cottage. No pets allowed - smoking not permitted in the cottage.

Menagwins Court is located in the small village of Gorran, which offers a store/sub post office, public house and beautiful Norman church. Gorran Haven is just one mile away and provides a slightly larger selection of amenities, a harbour and beach. The safe and sandy beach of Caerhayes with its castle, still maintained as a private home, is just 4 miles away and the attractive harbour village of Mevagissey with numerous restaurants and pubs is just 6½ miles away. St Austell, the nearest large town is some 10 miles distant and provides a much larger range of shops, supermarkets, 10 pin bowling and leisure centre. There are outstanding stretches of coastal paths and inland areas of beauty and heritage to explore. The coast path is just one mile from the cottage and details on a number of local circular walks will be available in the cottage.
