Affacciata sulla baia di Bouley, questa struttura a 4 stelle con piscina all'aperto occupa una posizione rurale nella Trinity. Originariamente costruito 200 anni fa, la struttura conserva alcune caratteristiche originali. Interamente coperta dalla connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, la struttura propone camere dal design personalizzato, dotate di bagno con doccia e angolo cottura. Alcune regalano viste sul mare. Punto di partenza ideale per passeggiate lungo il percorso costiero, l'Undercliff è l'unico membro della Federazione Britannica Walking (B.W.F) nelle Isole del Canale. La struttura offre oltre 11 percorsi a piedi ben segnalati intorno all'isola, che spaziano dai 10 ai 32 km. Undercliff vanta anche un'ottima posizione per esplorare le numerose attrazioni che Jersey ha da offrire: lo zoo di Jersey, fondato da Gerald Durrell, e la capitale dell'isola, St Helier.
