Yondhill Barn is a 3 bedroom holiday home in the village of Sampford Courtenay on the northern edge of Dartmoor in Devon. It has been converted from a farm barn with an open plan style and a range of modern features without taking away from the original character of the building. The lounge area has two large sofas that focus on the flatscreen TV and the wood burner to the side. To the rear of the living space is the open plan dining area with a large table that seats six people. Behind that is the modern kitchen with a double size range cooker along with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and numerous storage units for food and utensils. Bedroom one is also on this floor, a double room with its own ensuite shower room and TV. Take the stairs down to the lower floor that leads to an additional two bedrooms, both of these bedrooms have their own TVs. Bedroom two is a double bedroom that also has its own ensuite shower room. Lastly bedroom three has a kingsize bed and a large area to add a baby cot if needed. There is also a family bathroom with a modern bath and a separate shower unit, hand basin and WC. In addition this floor has a utility with washing machine and sink.
