House is located in very center of Tbilisi, Saburtalo district. 2 minutes walk from Technical University Metro station. 5-7 minutes walk from Fast food, Georgian restaurants and clothing shops. 5 min. drive from Night Clubs (Khidi, Bassiani, Mtkvarze). The newly renovated apartment is equipped with all the necessary equipment, furniture and dishes. From Balcony you can enjoy great view of River Mtkvari's left bank.
