MATE is a guest house with cozy rooms and a homely atmosphere. MATE is located in the center of Sighnaghi - the city of love, which is located in the Alazani Valley, 100 km from Tbilisi. Our guesthouse has a beautiful green garden with hundreds of species of plants and flowers, a picnic pavilion and views of the gorge and the Alazani Valley. In MATE you will find: culinary master classes (khinkali, khachapuri, churchkhela, homemade bread), tastings of Georgian wines and cheeses, a large terrace where you can spend holidays and feasts for up to 60 people. and Georgian hospitality! All guests MATE can use the outdoor panoramic pool free. It is located in the neighboring restaurant KUSIKA (15 meters). The pool has a stunning panoramic view of the Alazani Valley!

Signagi is a town in Kakheti, 75 km east from Tbilisi. Sighnaghi is perhaps Georgia's single most attractive town, with an amazing position perched on a lofty hilltop facing the snowcapped Caucasus looming in the distance across the vast Alazani valley. The town is surrounded by the remnants of 18th-century fortifications with the length of about 5 kilometers and 23 towers. Full of 18th- and 19th-century architecture and with a vaguely Tuscan feel, Sighnaghi has seen a comprehensive renovation program in recent years. It is one of Georgia's smallest towns, which serves as a popular tourist destination due to its location at the heart of Georgia's wine-growing region, its picturesque landscapes, pastel houses with wooden fretwork balconies, and narrow, cobblestone streets. This small Georgian town is known as a "City of Lovers" town with a wedding house where one can marry anytime of the day. Signagi can be visited at any season even in sunny days of winter you will admire looking at snow-capped summits walking on the Signagi wall.
