Located just a 3-minute walk from Gudaura ski lift, our apartments offer the perfect base for your ski adventure. In winter, an ice rink is set up right in the courtyard. Nearby, you’ll find restaurants, bars, a grocery store, and equipment rentals – including one conveniently located on the ground floor of the building. Inside, you’ll find a modern and comfortable space. With everything what is needed for great quality vacation. You'll enjoy mountain views through the panoramic windows, and there’s a private balcony to take in the fresh air. Apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine, hairdryer and smart TV with access to YouTube, prepaid Kinopoisk, and more – perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. For your convenience, we provide a ski depot where you can safely store your equipment.
