In buildings with typical Caribbean architecture, this apartment is set within a 5-hectare tropical garden, part of the former 3-star hotel complex "Manganao." Important information about this accommodation: 1-Close to all amenities and some of the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe 2- Apartment sea view (sea at 80m), air-conditioned, fully equipped 3- The beach and the secure 1000 m³ swimming pool are about 100 m away (pool includes a large shallow area). Free pool access badges (from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM) are usually provided, but their availability cannot be guaranteed and depends on the decisions of the pool owner 4- Sun loungers available 5- Parking (closed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) 6- Private and secure residence (security guards present at night) 7- Internet via fiber and Wi-Fi, small covered terrace, restaurant and bar within the residence, etc. 8- Restaurants nearby (500 m) Please note: Water management measures are currently underway across the island of Guadeloupe, including the Saint-François area. This may sometimes result in water outages. Whenever possible, we will provide a schedule of potential outages before your arrival. In any case, water jerrycans will be available in the apartment. Generally, in Saint-François, water outages occur at night. Also, please note that the residence has a shared pool accessible to residents. However, access may sometimes be temporarily limited due to maintenance, malfunctions, bad weather, or the absence of the lifeguard. Similarly, certain unforeseen events may occur beyond my control (internet outage, water or electricity cuts, rough sea conditions, temporary closure of a residence shop, limited parking spaces… or even the occasional visit of a mosquito 🦟 😉). The owner cannot be held responsible for these situations.

The studio is located 2 steps from the beach of clear grapes and 3 km from Saint-François and its marina. You will therefore have quick and direct access to the port of Saint-François; departure point for ferries for all excursions to the Marie Galante, Saintes, Petite Terre and Désirade islands. You will find very good bars and restaurants within 500 m, a bakery at 1 km and a supermarket at 2 km. The town of Le Moule is 15 km away and Saint-Anne is 12 km away. Many activities nearby including international golf (3 km).
