Beautifully restored house in the centre of Argostoli. The house combines many of the original features with modern amenities. It has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped and has access to the back garden. The sitting room is an independent room and can be used as a sitting room, or to accommodate a guest This is a private property and as such, it is self-catered. There is no reception and cleaning is not provided during the stay.

The house is close to the central bus station and all shops are within a few minutes walk. Most restaurants, cafes and bars are in Argostoli, making it an ideal place for staying while in Kefalonia. The central square is 10 min away, while you have a number of excellent beaches near by. These are within a 10 min drive, or for people enjoying the extra exercise it is a 35min walk The airport is 10 km away and there are plenty of taxis available, while during the summer months, public transport connects the airport to Argostoli and the nearby beaches. There are 2 main harbours connecting Kefalonia to mainland Greece. Poros harbour is an hour drive from Argostoli and ferries connect Kefalonia with Kilini. On the other hand, Sami harbour is a 20min drive from Argostoli connecting Kefalonia to Patra. Bus routes are also available allowing you to travel from Argostoli to Athens, should you not be able to drive. The promenade in Argostoli provides a nice walk by the sea and there are plenty of tavernas and bars to enjoy and relax by the sea. Argostoli has excellent beaches that one can walk to, but renting a car is recommended for exploring the island.
