INDEPENDENT RETREAT HOUSE - WITHIN AN ESTATE AT PARALIA VATOPEDIOU SITHONIA On a 4.5 acre estate, overgrown with olive trees and fruit trees, next to the sea, (at about 50m), in Sithonia, on the coastal road that connects Vatopedi to Metamorfosi, there is a house with character, which is divided into several independent houses, recently renovated. One of them is offered for rent. Accommodation includes a double bed in a bedroom, a double futon mattress at the loft on the way to the terrasse, and finally, a sofa bed in the living room. The renovation has been carried out with a lot of love and with the personal taste of the owners who gave a personal country / vintage air. Furniture restored with chalk paint, decoupage techniques, compose a special setting. The house is paved with Pelion stone. There is a barbecue area. Access to the beach from a path 50m away. The house has a 50 sq m terrace (in addition to the 60 sq m listed above) with a magnificent panoramic view, unique in the area, to the sea and hills. It offers quiet holidays in nature, while, due to its location, it can be, at the will of travelers, a starting point for excursions to all the tourist destinations and the enchanting beaches of Sithonia. An excitement experience for the guests is the collection of olives from the olive trees of the estate, and the production of biological olive oil. It takes place by the end of October, or early November and we invite guests to share the experience, receiving olive oil as a gift for their homes. We also invite guests to taste the fruits of the estate, including figs in August, lotus and pomegranates and oranges and mandarins from October to December.

The area is one of the few in Sithonia that still remains unused for tourism, without umbrellas, beach bars and sunbeds. The nature is beautiful, surrounded by pines and olive trees, suitable for walks on the surrounding hills and the neighboring beaches for meditation and spiritual retreat. It is 80 km from Thessaloniki. It offers quiet holidays in nature, while at the same time, due to its location, it can be, at the will of travelers, a starting point for excursions to all the tourist destinations and the beaches of Sithonia, with Nikiti being 12 minutes away by car, Marmaras, 25' and Porto Koufos, the tip of Sithonia 50'. The nearest villages are at a distance of 2.5 km Vatopedi and 5 km Nea Metamorfosi. Masoutis Supermarket at approximately 4km.
