Our family’s journey in hospitality began in the early 1980s, when twin brothers Michalis and Asterios Stravokostas left their hometown in mainland Greece to start a new chapter. Drawn by the authentic charm of Skiathos, they opened the legendary Fresh Yacht Club, a vibrant spot that became known for its warm, family atmosphere.
Driven by their love for people and the island, they later created Fresh Rooms and Xanemos Villas, offering guests not just a place to stay, but a genuine island experience. Over the decades, our connection with travelers grew deeper, turning first-time guests into lifelong friends.
