Semeli is a luxurious villa of 228 sqm, newly built in 2021, in the middle of an overgrown property of 50,000 sqm with vineyards, olive trees, many fruit trees and flowers. The distance from the road ensures absolute peace, tranquility and privacy. The architecture of the villa is fully in line with the traditional, manor houses of noblemen of the past centuries, enriched with all the modern comforts. This luxurious villa is spread in two levels, consisting in total of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with capacity up to 15 guests, offers a great variety of facilities and plenty of entertainment choices. The villa has its own independent, gorgeous infinity 100sqm pool with open-air hydro-massage and children's pool of a depth of 30cm. Next to the pool a large roofed dining area of 60sqm with BBQ is built, with monastery-like dining table. The terrace around the pool, ideal for events, is 250sqm. The villa, in combination with the other three Aneli Villas, capable to host 52 guests in total, are ideal for weddings/social and corporate events.

The tennis court with lighting, thus permitting playing at night, awaits you to enjoy endless hours of carefree play. Tennis equipment is provided (extra charge). A few minutes by bike you can find Greek tavern, super market, Water Park Village, gas station, souvlaki grill, fresh fish and meat market, pastry and homemade ice cream shop. At a smaller than 10km distance from the villa, the island has to offer a variety of fantastic, recreational activities, such us water sports, boat trips to neighboring small islands, scuba diving, fishing, horse riding, mountain bike, hiking, music concerts and open-air theater shows.
