Πρόκειται για έναν ευχάριστο, ιδιαίτερα ζεστό χώρο, με προσεγμένη διακόσμηση και έντονα μοντέρνο στυλ. Η οικία διαθέτει υψηλού επιπέδου ανέσεις που θα κάνουν τη διαμονή σας μια ευχάριστη εμπειρία. Το καταπράσινο περιβάλλον σε συνδυασμό με την μοναδική θέα της υψηλότερης κορυφής την καθιστούν ιδανική για κάθε εποχή. Απέχει απο το κέντρο του Καρπενησίου 2,5 χλμ και μόλις λίγα λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο, ενώ η θέση της προσφέρεται για σύντομες αποδράσεις στα γύρω χωριά και στο χιονοδρομικό κέντρο, συνδυάζοντας με τον καλύτερο τρόπο την φύση, την ηρεμία και την πρόσβασιμότητα. Στόχος μας είναι η παροχή το δυνατόν υψηλότερων παροχών φιλοξενίας σε συνδυασμό με την καλύτερη σχέση ποιότητας τιμής ώστε να είναι προσιτή σε μεγαλύτερο εύρος ανθρώπων. Δεσμευσή μας η διαρκής προσπάθεια βελτίωσης των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών μεσα από τη ανατροφοδότηση, η οποία θα λαμβάνεται από τις εμπειρίες των επισκεπτών μας.
Η οικία μας τοποθετείται στο Καρπενήσι εκτός σχεδίου πόλεως, συνδυάζοντας ιδανικά την ηρεμία και την επαφή με τη φύση με την άμεση πρόσβαση στο κέντρο του Καρπενησίου και άλλα αξιοθέατα της περιοχής. Η περιοχή, η οποία βρίσκεται σε καταπράσινο περιβάλλον με ρυάκια να ρέουν σε μικρή απόσταση, είναι αραιοκατοικημένη προσφέροντας ιδιωτικότητα και υσηχία χωρίς να είναι ερημη καθώς σε απόσταση 15 έως 50 μέτρων υπάρχουν 3 οικίες που κατοικούνται μόνιμα και αρκετές σε μεγαλύτερες αποστάσεις. Επίσης αποτελεί ιδανικό εφαλτήριο για τους φίλους του trekking και του trail running αλλά και τους φυσιολάτρες γενικά, μιας και σε μόλις 300 μέτρα από την πόρτα της οικίας μπορείς να βρεθείς στο μονοπάτι Μ16 το οποίο συνδέει το Αθλητικό Κέντρο Καρπενησίου με το Κεφαλόβρυσο, ενώ απο εκεί μπορεί κάποιος να συνεχίσει για Κορυσχάδες, Μεγάλο χωρίό και άλλους πεζοπορικούς προορισμούς.
