Eleni Residence is a just renovated Villa which consists of the 4-bedroom Eleni House, the 2-bedroom Clio Apartment, and the 1-bedroom Mina Aparment with a private courtyard. It is located 200 meters from the sandy beach of Kalyves. Many mini-markets, restaurants, taverns, a bakery, a butchery shop and a few bars can be found within short walking distance. The picturesque town of Chania is located 18 km away. All guests can enjoy a beautiful common courtyard with a shaded dining table, barbecue facilities, two sunloungers and a separate bathroom with a shower. The 4-bedroom Eleni House has a beautiful open plan area with a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room corner with a smart TV on the ground floor. Two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine are provided on the middle floor. An internal metallic staircase leads to the top floor, where are placed one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, one bedroom with another double bed and a sew view balcony, and a small bathroom with a shower. The 2-bedroom Clio Apartment offers an open plan bedroom with a double bed, a smart TV, a sofa and a balcony as well as a second bedroom with two single beds. A kitchen area with a kitchenette, a small refrigerator, a microwave, coffee machine and a dining table in addition to a shower bathroom are provided. Mina Apartment has an open plan living room area with a corner sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and coffee maker is offered. One bedroom with a double bed and a shower bathroom are provided.
