A beautiful cozy home with natural details such as wood, handmade objects and beautiful decorative corners It is artistic and eclectic. The reservation is for a private room in an apartment where you share a kitchen, living room, dining room with a private toilet (W.C) and shared shower. Mr. Giannis Fasoulakis (Bellos .G )is a dedicated tourist accommodation manager, with a strong background in marketing, human resources and finance, which he seeks to capitalize on his skills to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue in one dynamic tourist accommodation.From 2021 until today, he manages short-term rental properties. More specifically: • Providing support services, mail management and telephone service customers • Manage and process customer requests • Providing excellent hospitality services (customer reception-transportation, cleaning, waste collection, replacement of bed linen and other household items, other customer care services) • Provision of tour services in museums, archaeological sites and organization getaways to nearby island destinations) • Compliance with current legislation regarding short-term rentals. The Kypseli neighborhood has a bit of everything. In addition to great eats, you’ll find shopping, theater, and culture, too. The Kypseli Municipal Market, once the neighborhood’s food market, is now a public space for local events and businesses.
