Evergreen Thassos is located in Skala Potamia of Thassos, at a distance of only 180m. from Chrysi Akti beach. It is ideal for families where during the day they can enjoy the sea and in the evening they can stroll along the coastal road with the shops. At the edge of the village, in the port, the traditional building of Tarsanas is characteristic. It was a fishing shelter for the monks of Mount Athos and today houses the Folklore Museum of Skala Potamia. In the village of Potamia you can visit the museum of Polygnotos Vagis, a well-known sculptor who lived in America and originally from Potamia. Walk through the narrow streets of the village and visit its two churches. From Potamia you can follow the path to the top of the mountain, Ypsario (1208m). It is a unique hiking experience!!
