Three rooms have queen-size beds (160x200), while the fourth has two twin beds (90x200) that can be joined into a king-size bed. Two bedrooms connect directly to the open-plan living area, one upstairs has a private balcony with seating, and the fourth offers a separate entrance leading to the barbecue patio. A sofa bed and an extra foldable bed allow accommodation for up to 11 guests. Baby cots and highchairs are available for families. The open-plan lounge, equipped with a TV, combines comfort and style, while the fully equipped kitchen includes espresso and filter coffee machines, dishwasher, microwave, and an additional WC with a washing machine.
