I would like to clarify that the whole ground floor and the outside area with all amenities ,barbecue, swimming pool ,Jacuzzi, will be on your disposal and no other will use any of the place during your stay. Important notice: Important notice: Our heated pool is under request with additional cost of 100e per day (payable upon arrival). Please inform us if you are interested in the heated pool at least 5 days prior to arrival. Instructions; Our property operates with self check-in ( check in time is always after 15:00 pm ). Cleaning service and linen change will be provided every 4 days at 10:00am Customers are kindly requested to take care of the place and do not cause any damages. All damages will be charged accordingly . Ιn case visitors lose the keys or are locked out, they will be bunden of the cost In the outdoor kitchen area there is a notebook with all the instructions and the rules that strictly must be followed as well as signs with the swimming pool and jacuzzi rules. Any break of the rule will be changed economically. Kids must always be supervised in all areas. Quiet hours : 15:00pm- 17:00pm and 23:00pm -08:00am The upper floors of the villa are rented permanently and guests should not be disturbed

A lovely sandy and safe for small kids beach Molos is 250 meters walking or driving distance from the villa, where you can find restaurants and bars.There is also a tourist office that you can book your excursions, rent cars, motorbikes, bicycles and super market. Antinioti lagoon is nearby where you can make a route around the area and see the vary types of birds, fish and other species as well as visit small nearly isolated beaches with natural beauty. Boat rental is also available on the beach. Nearby villages like Kassiopi and Acharavi can take 5 to 15 minutes drive.
