The property is almost new-built, very close to the sandy beaches, the center of the town with all amenities, restaurants, (beach)bars and nightlife. It is fully equiped for up to 6 adults with a private garden and a massive veranda as an extension to the living room for al fresco evening dining. Secure off-street parking.
After being a guest in our family trips, I took the opportunity to welcome myself other families to our seaside homes and make sure they have an unforgettable summer in Greece. My main objective is not profit, but to make new friends and to welcome them again in the future (as I have been doing for the last 4 years).
A short 200m walk to the perfect sandy beach, next to a bar/children's inflattable play area. The bicycle park and tennis court (all free) are within 2 mins walk. The center of Asprovalta with the numerous facilities for shopping/entertainement/dining/drinking are all within 5-10mins walk along the seaside road.
