- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 60euros/day -Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host. Chania is an town that inspires the imagination and engages the senses. The spectacular sea front villa is located in Tavronitis area, in Chania. The villa is located directly at the sea. Just within a few minutes walking distance you may find a wonderful cafe and also shops and restaurants. Many sandy beaches are close to the villa, like Platanias where you can cherish long summer days by the sea. It is only 20 minutes driving distance from the lively town of Chania. It is less than 30 minutes driving distance to the famous Falasarna beach.
