Michalis Apartment is a modern and comfortable space, ideal for couples or families, located at the heart of Kos Town, very close to all kinds of shops and points of interest. The apartment is 56 square meters and is on the first floor. It can accommodate up to 4 adults . The central beach is only 5 minutes by feet and the Dolphin Square just 50m away. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a living area with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower and W/C. Wi-Fi and air condition is also included free of charge.
I believe in genuine hospitality and I am here to help the guests with anything they need. Everyone who respects the house rules is welcome and I will do my best to make my guests feel comfortable and have a worry free holiday in our beautiful Island. Upon arrival, citizens will state their full name and passport or ID number. Ο Έλληνας επισκέπτης ο οποίος κάνει την κράτηση θα πρέπει να δηλώνει και τον ΑΦΜ του προκειμένου να μπορέσουμε να υποβάλλουμε την δήλωση βραχυχρόνιας διαμονής μέσω της ΑΑΔΕ.
