Nectar luxury residence is a contemporary residence located in the center of Kissamos city. It can accommodate up to 6 guests in its modern, luxurius and comfortable spaces. What makes Nectar Luxury Residence so special is its layout that offers maximum comfort and privacy even when traveling with a group of 6. The residence is consisted by two buildings sharing the front yard and huge jacuzzi. The first building can accommodate up to 4 people, 2 in the bedroom and 2 at the living area as it has a sofa that easily turns into a double bed. The second building can accommodate up to 2 adults. Both of them come with modern, stylish interior, very well equipped kitchens, dinning tables with chairs, walk-in showers in bathrooms, external sitting, dinning and relaxation furniture and beautiful views. The highlight of the residence is its huge heated swim spa that offers unique moments of relaxation and fitness with your friends and loved ones. Depending on number of guests, the residence can be booked as a one building or 2 building accommodation – in case you are just a party of 2, you can book one of the apartments – your stay will be still private as the second building won’t be offered for bookings.

The house is located in a quiet location, 3 minutes from the heart of Kissamos. The Telonio beach (Kissamos promenade) is 250 meters away - guests can find numerous snack bars, tavernas, cafes, bars and restaurants and taste local dishes and seafood as well as enjoy delicious cocktails. Kissamos is in the westernmost part of Crete, on the central part consisting of green-clad mountains and ravines and on the western part bare rocky scenery as well as some of the best sandy beaches in Crete. Balos lagoon and Gramvousa island are two of the most beautiful locations in Crete. The Falassarna emerald water beach and the Elafonissi exotic beach are must visits of the region.
