Sunny villa in Katelios, Kefalonia with a sea view. The ideal family house is set on a 4,300sq meters plot of land facing the sea. Living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 COCO MAT), 2 bathrooms. 2 large verandas & 1 balcony with view. Air-conditioning, fireplace, heating, mosquito blinds, parking, TV, refrigerator, hobs, oven, kettle, linen and towels, internet, DVD player, indoor dining for 12 people, two outdoor seating and dining areas for 6 & 8 people. Sunny villa is a place, where you can relax with a lot of privacy,with great sea view, gardens and trees around it.The every day official bus to Argostoli is only 50meters from the villa.And its location is 0.25 kms far from the beach of Katelios. The Villa is located just few minutes driving to Kaminia beach, perfect for the children, but in any case close to the main street for Skala (10 min) or Argostoli (30 min) . In the house there is everything you need, it's big enought for 6/7 people also thanks for the two verandas and the garden you can spend a lot of times,for example dinner.
Gerasimos and his family are very hospitable and available whenever it is asked.
Katelios is a small fishing village on the southeast of the island and 32 kilometres away from Argostoli. Two decades ago in the village there were only fishermen who had their cottages and huts there. Gradually it became much more popular, initially among the residents of Argostoli who chose Katelios for their short excursions because of its local 'tavernas' with the delicious seafood. Since then there has been significant tourist development, although Katelios remains a quiet and peaceful destination, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation. The village is divided into Ano Katelios where the permanent residents have their properties and Kato Katelios which is the area with most of the tourist accommodation. Despite tourism Katelios hasn’t lost its character and therefore the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere along with the beautiful green surroundings make it a top-notch destination for couples of all ages, families and more mature-minded tourists who want to escape from the city life.
