An enchanting, newly-renovated villa in a Mediterranean style that offers everything you need to feel completely at ease on your holiday. The first thing you notice is the spacious, partly shaded panoramic terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing or relaxing with a cool drink in the evening. From the terrace you have an impressive distant view over a large part of the island and can admire the sea and mountain scenery. There is also a covered, cosy dining area on this large sun terrace. The spacious house offers everything you need a clean, newly equipped kitchen with oven, (including extractor fan), with large free-standing fridge, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and glasses at your disposal. The house can be kept pleasantly cool in summer by 2 air conditioning units (in the living room and bedroom). There are insect screens in the bathroom and bedroom. If you need anything, please let us know and we will try to help you. We will provide you with towels and bed linen for your stay, as well as beach towels on request. We - a friendly family from the Rhineland - have decided to continue living our parents' dream and have converted this magical place into a modern and comfortable villa. We love this place, I have been coming here every summer for over 25 years and have learnt to love the island with its charm and the hospitality of the people here. As this place is very close to our hearts, we have decided to share it so that other people can also spend pleasant hours there and find relaxation and recreation. We have furnished this accommodation with great attention to detail and would like to pass on as much of our enthusiasm for beautiful things as possible. The accommodation is located above the picturesque bay of Limni Keri, the beach is about a 10-15 minute walk (downhill), but a short drive there is preferable, especially in the hot summer months. The small, pretty seaside resort offers numerous shopping facilities for daily needs, a bakery, tavernas with delicious local dishes as well as cosy bars and cafés. There is also a beach with sun loungers. The accommodation also offers numerous other excursion options nearby. The natural beach of Kalamaki and the town of Zakynthos can be reached by car in around 25 minutes. Other beautiful excursion options such as Porto Vromi and Shipwreck Beach are within easy reach by car. We recommend a hire car, which is also suitable for rough terrain (small SUV), in order to reach the house in a relaxed manner.
