Villa Dimi consists of two parts (main residence and guest rooms) separated by a large terrace (patio) that forms one unit together with the terrace in front of the villa and the swimming pool. With incredible views of the sea and the mountains and facing west to enjoy every evening an amazing sunset. All rooms have AC units, mosquito nets, electric shutters and the free WIFI signal is amplified by a Mesh system. In the outside, a big dining table to enjoy your meals al fresco with a sitting area and a big fan above it as well as an electric shade to protect you from the afternoon sun. No more than 6 people is allowed. Parties are not allowed. Villa Dimi take care of both durability fee and municipality fee, therefore no more charges are added to this price. The beach and the village centre is 5 min walking. Children are welcome at Villa Dimi, but for the very little ones, it is important to note that the pool runs flush with the terrace and the terrace is about 1 metre above the garden. There is no fence around the pool and terrace. These hazards are at your own risk. Villa Dimi accepts no liability.

Villa Dimi is located in the beautiful village of Paleros on the Ionian Sea. The Villa has great views of the sea, the village, the island of Lefkas and the village of Pogonia. The sunset is right opposite Villa Dimi and shows a breathtaking spectacle of beautifully coloured skies and clouds, when the sun goes down behind the Lefkas mountains. 5-minute walk away, is the village centre with a big choice of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and supermarkets, and also the village beach and harbour. A long sandy beach runs from Paleros to the village of Pogonia. This beach has several beach bars where drinks and food is served, with loungers and parasols. There are also water sports facilities. The beach is extremely suitable for children, as the first 10 metres into the sea are shallow and there are not waves. After the village of Pogonia, there is a bay with a great beach: Vathiavalli beach including a beach bar for drinks and snacks.
