The villa is 160sq. meters, sits on 500sq.meters fenced land. Parking is provided on the back side of the house. Our villa provides luxurious accomodation and modern amenities for a pleasant stay. Up to 8 people can sleep in. In total there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed in each. One of the sofas on the ground floor can be used as a bed too and the 8th guest can use the floor matress. The house has one full bathroom on the 1st floor, one private bathroom with a shower and toilet in one of the bedrooms, and a WC is located on the ground floor. In one of the two living rooms there is a fireplace. Furthermore, the house includes 2 kitchens (one big and one smaller). In the garden you can find the new swimming pool and the BBQ area which includes a kitchen sink and a dinning area. Some of the amenities that the villa offers to its guests are washing machine, dishwaser, oven, microwave, baby bed & high chair (upon request), iron and iron board, clothes rack and a safety box.
