Villa Verde is a beautiful private lodge located at Kobitsi. Kobitsi is a traditional village of Corfu, spread out on top of a hill with a magnificent view. It is surrounded by forests with chestnut and pine trees. It is located at a close distance (5 km) from the city of Corfu and the airport, as well as 7 km away from the two most beautiful beaches of the island (Peleka beach and Glyfada beach). Its central location makes it ideal for exploring all of Corfu island. Villa Verde is newly built on a plot of one acre, has two floors (ground floor and 1st floor), is fully furnished and can accommodate up to 8 persons. It has 4 bedrooms (one on the ground floor), 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), living room, dining room and kitchen in one single space. On the ground floor there is: • 1 bedroom with a double bed, private balcony (rear) with a view of the chestnut forest. • 1 bathroom with a cabin shower. • A fully equipped kitchen with access to the backyard, overlooking the pine tree forest. Guests can use the jacuzzi / hot tub and relax on the comfortable sunbeds. • Lounge and dining room with view towards the city. On the 1st floor there is: • 1 large room with king size bed (180cm * 200cm). It has 2 balconies with view, one to the chestnut / pine trees forest and the other towards the city. • 2nd room with a queen size bed (160cm * 200cm) and access to a balcony overlooking towards the city. • 3rd room with 2 single beds (80cm * 200cm), which can be made into a queen size bed (160cm * 200cm) with a comfortable mattress pad.
