We are active hosts who will help you make the most of your time at our property. We can assist with shopping information, ground transfers from the airport and/or Antigua, and have plenty of information on activities that are available in the area.

Our Guest Suite is the most luxurious of all our rentals, and is situated in one wing of our large private villa. Our home is a variation on the colonial style with wrap-around covered patios connecting the individual rooms. Each room has its own entrances and seating areas. If you want all the comforts of a luxury hotel with the added benefit of a full kitchen, this would be perfect for you. One room studio includes 400 sq. ft. of space. Two orthopedic queen sized beds, quality linens, seating area, day bed/reading area, kitchen, and bathroom. Large covered patio on two sides adds an additional 400 sq. ft of outdoor area. Extra fee for laundry and kayak rentals. The property also has a bamboo cabana that is available for all of our guests to share. It is 600 square foot, with a thatched roof and wooden floor, and has hammocks and comfy chairs. It is the perfect place for watching the lake, sunrise and sunsets, yoga, relaxation, and happy hours. Massage is available on the property. The property has 50 mtrs of lakefront, with the best swim beach in the area. This property is only accessible by boat, so the quiet tranquility, nature, and privacy are unparallel to none.

Santa Cruz is a special place to visit, and it is unique in many aspects. The lack of road access means the nature is a big feature. You have amazing views of the lake and its volcanos and mountains, hiking trails connect the villages and local restaurants. Our boat dock is just a few feet away from the house, and the water taxis (lanchas) pass by every 15- 20 minutes. The lanchas will stop for you to take you to other villages and help you explore the lake. It is quite easy to hop on a boat and explore. In addition to the restaurant that is steps from your rental, several great restaurants are a short walk along a lakeshore path. Children are welcome, and our grounds have lots of play space. Our swim beach is perfect for children and adults. We have lifejackets on hand for any size from young children to adults.
