Comfortable apartment accommodation located on the ground floor of the estate for families up to eight people, which is ideal for two families or a larger family. It is located in the quiet and small village Puntera, which offers a relaxing atmosphere and a partial view of the sea a couple kilometers away. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is available in the apartment, as a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a whirlpool tub and four bedrooms with eight large beds (six beds 200x90cm + french bed 200x160cm). Two additional possibilities for sleeping on a sleeping couch. Guests can enjoy the use of well-maintained garden with a pool (round pool 4m x 1,2m depth) and a basement with fireplace ideal for grilling. There are two parking spaces within the plot and the pleasant host/owner living with his family on the floor above App Fran (separated entrance behind the house) at your service. Maintained beaches or nice natural beaches are however ten and more kilometers away (Rabac, Krnica, Rakalj, Pula, Medulin).
