Located 300 metres from the beach and 1 km from the centre of Hvar, Balic Apartments - ZF Hvar offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a common garden with a patio. The proprietor makes homemade wine and liquers and gustation can be arranged. All units come with satellite TV and a bathroom with a shower. Some units feature a kitchen or a kitchenette. Furnished balconies are also come with some of the units. Free private parking is available on site. A variety of homemade wines and liquors can be tasted and bought at the property's bar or wine cellar. A grocery shop is just steps away, while a restaurant serving fish and meat dishes is about 50 metres away. The Main Bus Station is 1 km away, and the Ferry Port is 23 km from Balić Apartments.

On our terrace, in the shade of vines and kiwi, we are expecting you with a welcome glass of home-made wine, grape brandy, herb brandy or desert sweet wine prosek from our cellar. We offer high quality bottled wine - Plavac Hvar. We also produce first class olive oil - EXTRA VIRGINE, awarded with two gold medals and one diploma. We offer also original Hvar lavender from our fields in Brusje - Hvar. All of our products can be tasted and purchased at our bar or in our wine cellar. On the other larger terrace, you can sit comfortably while enjoying the beautiful view of the sea.

Our house is situated at a quiet, sunny position with a sea view. We have terraces and a private parking lot too. All the apartments and rooms are air-conditioned and have satellite TV, and free internet wireless access. At close vicinity there are three markets. The sea is 300 meters away; the first beach is 500 meters away. You can take a nice 10 min walk along the shore to the harbour itself. Taxi boats in the harbour will take you to the lovely excursion places on the neighbouring islands. Both in the harbour, as in the old part of the town, you will find many restaurants, where you can enjoy meat and Dalamtian fish specialities and also many cafeterias that work all day, also in the evening one can find amusement and music events there.

Tickets for catamarans by "Jadrolinija" and "Kapetan Luka" can be booked up to a month in advance - but at least 24 hours before departure. You can do it online and pay by credit card. If possible, print out the receipt and use it to pick up your ticket at their offices, or show the receipt on your smartphone. If you fail to buy a ticket over the Internet, go immediately to the counter when you arrive to Split and try to buy a ticket for the next catamaran, if they are still available.
