The rich cultural heritage of the city of Labin is brought to life by various art studios, and the gathering of young people in cafes located throughout the city. Villa Si is a true paradise on earth, it is surrounded by untouched nature and greenery, and will surely provide you with a peaceful holiday in complete privacy, which you have been dreaming of for a long time! The villa was built in 2023 in a contemporary and modern style of construction. Guests have 170 m2 of living space at their disposal, while the total area of the property is 400 m2. The villa is only 5 km away from the sea, so at the same time you will be close to the clean and clear Adriatic Sea, and on the other hand, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is fully air-conditioned, it can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, while the optimal number is 4. You can use the modern equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals for the whole family or a group of best friends. There is also a dining room with a dining table with 6 seats, and a living room with a comfortable couch, coffee table, armchair and TV. Guests will be accommodated in two bedrooms with double beds (180x200), and two additional people can sleep on the sofa bed. One bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and the villa has another bathroom with a shower. On the outdoor terrace, you will be able to comfortably refresh yourself in the 26 m2, 1.6 m deep pool, while you can sunbathe on 6 deck chairs next to it. An additional function of the pool are 3 massage jets. On the terrace there is also an outdoor seating area for drinking mor
