This beautiful new deluxe villa is located in the town of Krk, in a quiet area. The total area of the villa is 230 m2. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, a bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with bathrooms, while on the second floor there is a bedroom with bathroom, gym, sauna and whirlpool. The terrace offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. In the garden there is a heated pool and a seating area, where you can spend time with friends and family. The villa accommodates a total of 8 people, has 2 parking spaces and offers free WI-FI.
