Completely renovated, the house offers a modern and comfortable stay. It is 1500 metres from the sea, which makes for a pleasant walk to the coast, while at the same time being far enough away for peaceful relaxation. The house is surrounded by olive trees and fenced, ensuring privacy. It is 115 m² in size and the swimming pool is 30 m². By the pool there are sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower and table football. There is a covered parking space and an outdoor fireplace. The house consists of two apartments, which are rented together and offer complete privacy for one group of guests. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a terrace with sea views. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV are available in both apartments.
