Novouređeni prozračni apartman, moderno opremljen, na vrlo atraktivnoj lokaciji u blizini centra Osijeka. U neposrednoj blizini Tvrđe, bolnice, promenade, rijeke Drave. Prometno izuzetno povezan sa svim dijelovima grada (autobus 1 min .tramvaj 2 min.).Izuzetno pristupačan za dolazak sa Osječke obilaznice ,iza zgrade nalazi se besplatan parking. Mogućnost korištenja e bicikla (parking bicikla nalazi se uz zgradu). Pogodnosti za djecu: korištenje 2 putna krevetića ,stolica za hranjenje, i dječjih sportskih kolica -McLaren. U apartmanu djeca mogu koristiti lego kocke, društvene igre, slikovnice.
Goste očekuje poklon dobrodošlice .Želja nam je naša najbolja iskustva sa putovanja u raznim smještajima ponuditi i našim gostima. U našem apartmanu osjećajte se kao kod kuće.
U neposrednoj blizini nalazi se Tvrđa najsačuvaniji barokni urbani spomenik ,Arheološki muzej i Muzej Slavonije, franjevački samostan i crkva Sv. Mihovila. Jednom od najljepših šetnica u ovom dijelu Hrvatske (promenada uz rijeku Dravu) laganom i ugodnom šetnjom ste za 15 min. u centru grada. Poznati restoran Karaka je na 20 ak min.šetnje. Ljepote Baranje su nadomak ruke .
