Hedera Studio in Rovinj Old Town is located around 3-minute walk from Balbi Arch and 0.8 miles from Rovinj Marina. The property is about 3-minute walk from Baluota Beach and within a few steps of the city center. With free Wi-Fi, this apartment provides a TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. The accommodation offers an air conditioning, heating and a private bathroom. Popular points of interest near the apartment include Mulini Beach, Sveti Andrija Beach and Cathedral St. Eufemia Rovinj. Hedera studio is on the 2nd floor. You’re entering the studio through brown door with a green frame (as shown among one of the photos at the end). Smoking in the studio is higly forbidden! One important thing to mention are the stairs. Since the building is an old one, the stairs are steep so please take that into account before making a reservation. Another thing to mention is a parking spot. During summer season, you just won’t find one near the studio (in the town center). If you do, it’s going to cost you a lot and I personally don’t recommend that. Let me know if you’re comming by car, so I could direct you where to park for free :) It’s walking distance to the town center is around 15 minutes, so it’s a good option if you don’t mind going somewhere by foot.
