The Light On The Hill is family owned apartment. This is a newly renovated apartment with private pool, modern outdoor area, covered dining area and lounge area. The interior and exterior have been designed to offer comfort and safety with a dose of luxury. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by family homes and nature. You can enjoy breathtaking sunsets on the terrace, swim in the pool, make and enjoy your meals outdoor or simply relax in the outdoor area. How big is the place? Well, that's our biggest highlight. The indoor and outdoor areas are very spacious. The apartment has 80 m2, while the outdoor area is 125 m2, including the pool. We have deliberately limited the number of hosts to a maximum of four to make the flat very comfortable. The master bedroom, for example, has 20m2. The bathrooms are also spacious. There is plenty of space outdoor. You can relax on the sofa in the so-called “chill corner”, soak up the sun on the deckchair on the terrace, swim and enjoy the pool or simply sit in the shade of the modern-looking outdoor kitchen and browse your laptop. And what about the beds? We know how important a good night's sleep is after an active day or a long journey. That's why we have selected high-quality mattresses and pillows. We hear from our guests that the beds are great and they slept very well.

The apartment is situated in a quiet part of village Vinkuran, on the hill named Cota and it is surrounded by family houses. Is the place safe and quiet? Yes, very much. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with no other renting apartments in the vicinity. Your car will be parked right outside the apartment, in the shadow of a three, so you do not have to worry about the security. You will be given your own key for the garden entrance and both the indoor and outdoor areas are exclusively at your free disposal. The street just in front of the apartment is impasse and used for the two neighbourhood houses, solely.
