Main entrance is on the river side and leads to the first floor and living area with kitchen and partially covered terrace. Indoor stairs lead to the attic with sleeping area. The ground floor offers additional living area with kitchen and exit to covered terrace, a grill and more amenities like mini fitness, a sauna and play area with soccer table. There are numerous activities to enjoy in this region like walking, biking, birds watching, rafting or fishing and all that within only 40 drive minutes away from the sea and famous Crikvenica and Opatija Riviera.
